does any one know anyn program that can read newsgroups and diasply a preview of the image article like in usenext , im currently using newsleecher at the min which doent have this function , any suggesstions would be great

you can find a lot image viewer or special designed tiff viewer on the web for you. take a look around. there are many you can use for your images and documents.

As for me, I am learning to create web image viewer with the help of some manual image tools. Any good suggestion for me? Thanks in advance.
