I have a 17 yr. old son that does not live with me. He is very athletic, his favorite sport is baseball. At school after coming in from a jog. He noticed his arms and hands were very pale and he felt numb. The coach told him that he had bad circulation and that he should include more vegetables and fruits in his diet. He just started lifting weights and such and I'm just worried if that could be the problem (just his diet)? What advice could you give me for someone so young with this kind of problem? Any help would be appreciated.
