How is the source any relevant to the matter?
Whether the cp pics came from a chan site or not, spektormax has willingly redistributed cp.
Whether he did it as a "21 y/o shock humor" or "to get a reaction" or "to prove to the other ptp staff that chan sites has cp", he still redistributed cp.

I don't care about his reasons for doing it, I don't care where the pics were posted, who posted them or who created them. Redistributing them is a crime and he should be arrested for it, let the authorities decide what should be done with him.
