im 16, 5'5 and weigh about 150 lbs. im overweight and i wanna get in shape. i play basketball, but thats only like twice a week. so if i workout every morning in the gym for about an hour, would that make me have a really nice body?? i wanna shed pounds before january but then by the end of the school year, be super super fit. is that possible?? would working out for an hour (at like 5 in the morning) 6 days a week be a good thing to do?? thanks
oh and if i ate healthy, too.
