Having my surgery November 12 due to endomitriosis. I am overweight- my pain always came back shortly after childbirth and has caused limited activity.

After my surgery, I want to do things that make me feel good about myself (I'm already struggling emotionally with the upcoming changes) and loosing weight is one thing I would like to do.

Any suggestions on where to start, as well as when to start, would be very helpful.

Also, any other suggestions on how to feel good (emotionally) after it's all done would be appreciated also. Honestly, I'm crying a lot right now- it's a loss, you know, even if it is for the best. I just want to make sure depression doesn't sit in.
