Ok so i am on my schools multimedia class and we are designing the yearbook cover this year and our theme is colorfulness and well i was thinking something like a rave like colors nd the glow nd glowsticks and stuff and so i was wondering if there is any way to have like a tri color thing and if there is something like streaks of color like this picture

like is there anyway to have those type of effects made because it would make a really cool yearbook cover thanks i will upload a picture of the yearbook cover if i get this effect in THANK YOU!
