Oldies: Which films still make you cry?

Having recently seen "That'll be the day" again (David Essex/Ringo Starr) after more than 30 years (!) I have also managed to get hold of a copy of the sequel "Stardust" (David Essex/Adam Faith) and it made me cry at least as much as I did when I was 15! :cry:

I would like to know which film made you cry when you were a child/teenager and still does when you watch it now. And if not quite cry, then which film affects you in the same was as it did when you were a kid...

I think with Stardust it was the fact that the previous time I saw it I was 15 and it had just been released. My frienRAB and I found it very emotional because we were al a little partial to David Essex (though I cannot for the life of me see why - he was a lousy actor! But the storyline was good for a teenager and we loved it. I think several of us were in tears at the end of Stardust.

I think my tears 2nd time around were due to memories of the innocence of those days. I suddenly felt exactly as I had done when I was 15

It was a strange experience!
