Over the past two months, I have either worked out very little and sporadically, or none. Just this Sunday, I decided to do one of my old workout techniques, and this morning I was feeling the BURN big time. Tonight, I decided to keep working out to get more toned like I used to be, and the first curl up I did, I flumped down, I was in pain!! When should I start working out again after having my butt whipped on Sunday, Thanks in advance!
