I all ready have these notes:
F# F# G A A G F# E D D E F# F# E E F# F# G A A G F# E D D E F# E D D E E F# D E F# G F# D E F# G F# E D E A F# F# G A A G F# E D D E F# E D D

But when I play it the g note sounds off. Do I play it all on one string?

The person who gave me these notes said to start on the d string, but this begins with F# which I thought was made by placing your index finger high up on the e string.

Is there another F sharp? And do I play the G on a different string?

Thank you so much, sorry if I'm not phrasing my questions well!
I only got my violin 3 days ago give me a break :P
