Natural Born Killers
None of the songs were very well known, but they all perfectly suited the mood, and there were snippets of dialogue from the film woven into it. 27 tracks on one CD.

Pretty In Pink
Billy Elliott
Dirty Dancing
Requiem for a dream, Amores Perros, Out of Sight. They all mix the film score with other bits of music really effectively. For just a collection of different tracks, the Lost in Translation soundtrack is really good.
Run Lola Run is a good one, I like a score to one of the director's other films, The Princess and the Warrior, wonderful score from the film.
I suppose it'd be a close call between Tarantino's soundtrack back catalogue, Grosse Point Blank and Garden State. That said, there have been a number of great soundtracks that I haven't yet purchased ...
Footloose & Wayne's World are the only 2 I have but they're both ace.
American Graffitti: best compilation soundtrack.
Living Daylights: fave orchestral soundtrack.
I knew I'd forget one
Donnie Darko is fantastic
Pulp Fiction
Kill Bill
Tommy
Oh Brother where art thou
Leaving las vagas is a pretty damed good sound track
