I need a little advice. I'm 20 and I'm a bit overweight, not a lot, but I need to lose a bit of weight. I've been exercising for a little over a month now, never any less than 5 days a week. I mostly do Tae Bo workouts, which get me really worked out so I figure I'm burning a lot of calories because I really get into it.

But I have a problem where I eat a lot of sugar. Especially after I work out, I get really hungry and I start to eat. This makes me feel bad, like my workout was ruined. I just ate a bunch of small chewy candies and I feel very guilty. I've been dealing with an eating disorder for a little over 3 years now, so it's hard not to make myself throw up. I know it's unhealthy, but for me, it's not just about my weight.

Anyway, what can I do? I usually exercise at night, so is that bad? How can I stop craving this sugar and what can I do for my hunger after workouts? Thanks!
