I am not sure what I want to do, either fix or sell my car. I have a Lexus SC300 with a stick shift, year 1992, black with beige interior and 20,000 original miles on it. While trying to come to a decision, I am having trouble obtaining the value. Can someone advise me?

Have you been to bb.com? It's Kelley BlueBook's website. It'll give you a roundabout value for it so you can make an educated decision.
