This is so very, very sad. I remember when the first woundeRAB came into Walter Reed and the congressmen and senators were basically the only ones who could visit them, outside of family.

I usually donot give alot of credit to a GOPer, but Congressman Bill Young of Fla. went up to the hospital to visit those who were his constituents, only to learn that Walter Reed was charging the wounded vets for their meals. Talk about a dumb move on DoD's side, the press swallowed it up. Congressman Young pulled out his checkbook to pay for all the meals on the 1 floor his constituents were on, and he was rightfully hot, to say the least !
