Now, and I'm not Catholic so tell me if I'm wrong with this, but how I understand it, if you want to get divorced in the Catholic church, you have to get it annulled and then make it as though you were never really married at all.

Our Founding Fathers started every session of the Constitutional Convention with a CHRISTIAN prayer. Washington went to a CHRISTIAN church every Sunday, religiously. He was, however, careful not to push his religion on others and was tolerant of all religions.

As for your question about adultery, it is illegal to commit adultery in some states I thought...so yeah, i would support a state law saying something to the effect of "if you commit adultery, the marriage can be voided" and have some kind of penalty dealing with the spilting of the property or something.
