my knees will be fine but suddenly ill get a sharp pain in or around my knee cap. It will be sudden but it wont always be in both, i have dislocated my left knee to muscle loss but other than that no problems what so ever. Im 13 and i have grown abit so it may be due to that, if u need more info then just ask and ill put in extra infomation.
