Why does WHOIS info about my domain name show up above my own site in search results?

When my site's name is searched, it shows up second behind the WHOIS info about my domain name; I already privatized domain info, but it looks horrible when people google my site (the domain name of which is original and always showed up at the top of results) and WHOIS result with my domain name spelled out three times shows up above my own site; is there anything I can do about this? Thanks

You domain privacy would have not been still updated by your domain registrar. Make a complaint to them regarding your privacy status. This may take some time to be updated in Whois database. You can check your Whois status often from www.WhoisXY.com to ensure that your privacy status is updated.
