Ok, my mom has been with sprint for about 7 years give or take. For the past 3 years or so she has add an extra 2 line for a total of 4 lines. She get a work disscount of a certain percent. Well anyways she's getting restless. She has to call numbers time about the bill each month, and sometimes about the same problems for a period of months. We get game fee we are locked out of, and they messed up our phone upgrades. It has just become a huge hassle to be with that company. So I want to know if there is a way to get out of the contract without paying the early termanation fee of $200 per phone. Oh yea, and we live in a place where ther's no signal, we're in a roaming area.
