I am currently preparing a debate speech for my college speech class and have been assigned to argue FOR the implementation of school uniforms in public schools. I have about 50 tabs opened on my computer right now and have found some really great information.

I do, however, have a point that will require personal experiences to either defend or disprove.

How does clothing affect school age children (grades K-12) and their ability to make friends?
-Do the cloths we wear really restrict who we decide to be friends with?
-Are we psychological drawn to people with similar economic backgrounds as ourselves?
-Do you feel that school uniforms allow first impressions to be based solely on personality instead a persons believed economic status?

Thanks to all how respond!
