...a pay period as "disciplinary?"? I recently am having some health issues that are affecting me. Since my employer does not seem to want to get my insurance going (it has been 4 months overdue) I have not seen a doctor. So, I was recently late back to back days. I know it is horrible and needs punishment. But, can they take money that I earned prior to being late as a punishment? They want to take half of my commission off of my payroll.
