I recently hurt my back this summer and have a bulging L5 disc. i used to be a religious runner, 45 minutes 3 days a week. anyway since my injury i've had to stop doing alot of the exercises i used to stay toned (cycling, running, squats etc.) everyone keeps telling me swimming but i dont have access to a pool on the regular. SOME ONE PLEAS HELPS ME. what kind of exercises are good for toning the lower body and are low impact?? i cant even walk on too much of an incline. i have no clue what kind of exercises i can do.
