...before and during a high______? ... energy dance class (fast non-stop cardio jazz)?

I have just ramped up from one 90 minute to two 90 minute classes a day and the ends of the classes I get weak and flaky and can't finish the pliers and what-not. I am forty and haven't done any exercise for 15 years (used to dance).

I ned stamina!

Any ideas for something to drink before/during? Must be natural as I can't take in caffeine.
