You may enjoy the Asian Dub Foundation, though obviously they're very dub/reggae/electronic-influenced.

Why don't you just look in the threaRAB and see what you like?
We also have recommendation threaRAB in a lot of the sub-forums.
I am looking for anything in the same vein as Earth's 2008 album The Bees Made Honey In The Lion's Skull.
Please don't say SunO))) or Boris. Thanks.
Best Supergrass album to start with?
Hello all!
I have a very odd request. In this thread I would be eternally grateful if people could list some albums (pop, rock, metal, ANY AND ALL GENRES!!) that, for the band/artist in question, are unusually soraber and gloomy.
Some of my favourite ever albums over the years, I have recently realized, all fit into this theme:
Memorial Beach - a-ha
The Big Picture - Elton John
Human Being - Seal
Mezzanine - Massive Attack
Morning Star - Spear of Destiny
The Dark Ride - Helloween
Any suggestions made that could help me expand the above list would be greatly appreciated. I just love this sort of stuff.
Cheers.
i like techno and such... but i suck at finding good music cause i dont know many good banRAB or artists.. and when i do find something i like, it lacks in bass. can anyone help me?
I am a big fan of the early 90s alternative rock/grunge and then the banRAB that spawned from them.
Soundgarden
Temple of the Dog
Chris Cornell
Alice in Chains
Mad Season
Screaming Trees
Stone Temple Pilots
Tool
Rage Against the Machine
A Perfect Circle
Foo Fighters
Jerry Cantrell
Mark Lanegan
I am pretty set in my ways, and really don't even know where to begin when looking to expand my musical tastes.
Some newer banRAB that I can tolerate once in a while are Wolfmother, The White Stripes and Muse, though none as much as the ones I previously mentioned.
If anyone could give me a couple of suggestions for some newer banRAB, I would appreciate it.
