here's the background story. I had a club foot when i was born, and they corrected that when i was 5 months old. 2 years ago i started to get stress fractures in the same foot. 1 year ago, i had surgery on my foot to stretch some tendons. all that is healed, but i'm in my boot again b/c of more stress fractures.

I cant do a lot with my foot for the time being, like any running or jogging, or anything like that. what are some good exercises that can help me loose weight but be on my foot as little as possible.


some more info: its my right foot, the foot is smaller than my left foot, the boot is on for two more weeks (about the 17th or 18th).
