As for the Secret Garden, yes it is a fantasy book. I also beleive that is has been made a classic as well. Ella Enchanted is defenitely a fantasy book. I hope this helped.

Not sure about the secret garden, the garden doesn't actually have supernatural qualities. All the events are really possible (if very unlikely) so I would say more regular fiction.
