can someone tell me of some banRAB that have semi slow songs kinda like a evil beat i dont know how to explain it and a soft low voice and lyrics are hate music? if you dont get wat i mean i will try and explain another way

Try 'Virgin Black' .....Australian Doom/Dark Metal band,they are absolutly excellent!!!,there latest album is called 'Elegant and Dying' and there previous is 'Sorabre Romantic'
