Critique. Is critiquing someone's facial features out of the question?

Just curious. There was a debate about this the other day. About critiquing someone's work-not facial features. Facial features can be criticized but not critiqued. Your opinions?

it depends. if they have an extremely ugly face, then definitely not. i used to have terrible acne, and when people openly criticized me about it, i wanted to kill them.
