Dammit, knew i forgot someone, i tried not to leave out all the great prog frontman since most people do, will try to add him if i get to updating my list again.
because i do not jump on the" little richard" band wagon, you wanna label me racist?
let me tell ya' something boo-boo,before you nibble in the wrong pic-nik basket. being a pioneer gives no nothing as far as what rock n' roll music is or about. what does race have to do with rock n' roll? your a joke. a complete joke. i make one opinion and i get a label attached to me, why? because i don't let you change my opinion on a front man, screw you. STAND FOR SOMETHING AND QUIT BEING YOGI'S BI*cH . punk.
Sorry. *thoroughly pissed off* *big breaths* *calmed*
Frank Zappa is Captain Beefheart?, wow, they look nothing alike and i have seen them together on several occasions, makes sense.
And no i meant peter gabriel, he was in Genesis long before Collins became their frontman, Collins mimiced Gabriels vocals but he lacked his stage persona, Gabriel was a very exiting frontman, especialy live, he would get very into it and onstage wore unsual outfits, he was also one of the first rock performers to do the goth look with the black and white makeup, long before Robert Smith.
And about Waters, Strummer and Patton, are you saying they are too low or that they shouldn't be on the list at all?, specify for me.
Ok Ok, im on it.
Is that in any particular order. I reckon Anthony Kiedis deserves a mention.
Kurt Cobain. He was a great songwriter and every show seemed to be amazing, his voice was awesome and Nirvana was awesome. Even if they're overrated, I think Kurt Cobain was an amazing frontman.
Ahh I didn`t see you`d posted the other 50.
But those listed should have been in the top 50 anyway
I would give axl rose the nod as the best rock frontman in the last 25 yrs. Granted he's vanished the last 10 and counting but what he did for gn'r is amazing
