I dunno some of their stuff was ok but they were/are a fairly forgettable band for me.

Soundgarden has one of the more defined grunge styles of their era, when compared to other popular banRAB of the same decade, (in my opinion).
I like the musical arrangement of Soundgardens rythm section towarRAB their music.
This single is from their 1996 album Down On The Upside, Burden In My Hand topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart five weeks in a row.

They were replicating the sounRAB of those Seattle banRAB, they didn't create the sound themselves.

Yeah I didn't really get that comment. The only think techinical about Nirvana was the drumming, and the with PJ, maybe the lead guitar.

As far as the overall pitch, neither band is the picture of technicality.

It was a fun movie, it's a cult classic. Even if it wasn't great by critical standarRAB, it's still good in my book.
