Hey im open to anything you see from the banRAB i originally listed i got South Africans, Americans , Canadians and i believe RATM frontman is of mexican descent, so anyway the point is it dont matter where it comes from as long as its good music. Am i right or am i right. BTW thanks.
Superunknown is nearly 20 mins longer and clocks in around 70 mins a long listen for a newbie!!! Also Badmotorfinger has more obvious sounding singles whereas Superunknown far less so.
Hey ive only just started to get in into rock music recently being a life long underground hip hop fan (say what you like i dont give a f*ck) and so far ive heard banRAB like Rage Against The Machine, System of a Down, Seether (Seron Gas) and Three Days Grace but i dont really know where else to look i order to broaden my horizons so to speak. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
It would be great to get your opinions as a newbie on these albums and what you think. First impressions are important but as you probably know, most of these albums will need repeated listens to really see if you like them.
what makes you think that
Might I suggest:
from wikipedia:
One of my favorite banRAB. The album as a whole is excellent, but some of my favorite songs are Song for the Deaf, Millionaire, God Is In the Radio, and No One Knows.
I think this forum is very relative, but I would make a list that shows progression in rock music for this one.
The Bealtes - Help!
The Velvet Underground - White Light/White Heat
The Clash - London Calling
Nirvana - Nevermind
Radiohead - Ok Computer
I've been collecting albums my entire life and I think if someone was just starting off these would be the best pics
The Velvet Underground
The Doors
Live At LeeRAB
Disraeli Gears
Diesel And Dust
