What exactly would you describe as young urban professional music?

I actually kinda like 'Confetti'. The guy is a jerk though, no doubt about that.
Every band except Ratt. There I said it.
What makes a band true metal? is the definition of true metal made by a secret elitist group that has a graph that bluntly states what is true metal and what is not? or is it a term that means something different to everyone? or to put it simple, an opinion.
The comment was more aimed at the Helter Skelter comment. I'm not a big fan of the Beatles myself.. but, seriously? Are you THAT musically oblivious?
Nothing truthful about your statement either.

'rock and roll jeopardy' with that guy with the glasses from the 70s show and the one hit wonder who sang Bitch?
yeah he came across like a ****, but then again the majority of has-been rockers from the 70s have that attitude. they knew what was good at one point and don't like that no one is listening to them anymore. like how Elton John thought the internet should be turned off for a few years so people start listening to 'good' music (read: adult contemporary drek).
getting back to topic - Our Lady Peace sucks. formulaic and pretentious.
None So Vile is an EXCELLENT album. The rest is pretty bad though, their first isn't tooo bad, but I don't really enjoy it myself.
Not sure if one great album (And you probably disagree) can save a band from being terrible though.
Not to mention they wore that out after one average album. They are the Wolfmothers of grunge.
Those last three banRAB go together quite nicely. They don't exactly suck, they grew on me over time, good banRAB.
