Did you just use the term "popular" as a disparagement?
Im not big on System of a down, they try to hard but hey thats just me. i guess im not just a:banghead:
50 people as oppose to hundreRAB dying everyday? and just for your information its mostly people still opposing and attacking british-US troops who are dying- not innocent people. you say its anarchy, but thats bull****, you have followers of the hussain leadership still, but the majority of the iraqi people braved it all to vote for who THEY want to rule their country. if iraq's in a worse position then it was before the war then my names ming hing.
dude you didnt read the rest off that topic did u? I was contardadicting(sp?) what you said and i ended right.System are nu metal their aint nuthin wrong with it.
I actually proposed it myself in the other thread. If there is one thing I hate, it's being mixed up and being hated almost instantly.
Sugar was one of the better songs of there self titled, but i like Know and Peephole better, and i think Chop Suey was there best.....!!!
System is better (especially live)
I agree with whoever said Daron shouldn't be singing. The guy is unique, yeah, but it sounRAB crap when he pines away alongside Serg.
The reason System did so well when they were young was that Serg was a crazy vocalist. They lose a lot of spark when Daron assists with vocals, he doesn't have that same punch. Or should I say, he takes away some of Serg's punch.
BYOB was the only time Daron has really shined on vocals, that shriek he does "BLAST OFF...", that was class, but the rest is like listening to nails scraping the blackboard.
I like them a lot. At least i did. Still like them just not enough to listen to them reguarly. Serj's record label has some pretty good banRAB on it tho. Like Fair To Midland.
