If I don't already have a window open, it always crashes and says "Chrome cannot open this page". It works fine if I already have a window open however.

Is this a bug with chrome, or is there a way to fix it?
Also, don't tell me to get another Browser. I've tried them all, and aside from this minor quirk, Chrome is easily the best.
