On my way home today, one of my markmanship ribbons, the rifle markmanship ribbon, which has a sharpshooter device on it, fell off somewhere in the airport. I didn't notice until it was too late. I live close to an Army base, and instead of buying it back online, I'm wondering if the Army PX will have ribbons from the Navy as well. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks.
