I have been downloading files from places like youtube and burning onto dvd's but there is one website which contains flash files( .swf ) that I want to be able to burn onto dvd. I do not know if it is possible to download these files so I tried to record from a screen capture software. Although it recorded what I wanted the sound was very poor.

Is there a good way to do this and if so how and where?
