Awwww *Shrug* i'm a Huge FMA fan

So the tatooed guy is named Scar, he's from Isbahl ( or sthg like that ) and people of his kind have been persecuted by the military, especially by the state alchemists, that's why his triyng to kill all of them with this tatooed arm which, by the way, uses alchemy. This arm is actually his brother's, but he left it to Scar just before diying o_0
Yeah so that's a general introduction of the character, there are other stuff to say about him, but well i don't know how far your are in the anime, so i don't want to spoil you ^^

Anyway, when you ask wether he's his dad, you mean the Elric brothers dad ? ..... Because, well there is absolutely no affiliate between Scar and the two of them
