and the phone says.........? When I insert my brand NEW T-mobile SIM card into my T-mobile cell phone it says, "Phone Restricted" and "Enter restriction code". However, when I insert my OLD T-mobile SIM into my phone it turns on fine! I have called technical support for over 4 hours and been to the store no body can help me. I also have tried at least 15 different unlocking codes. NOTHING IS WORKING WITH THIS SIM CARD! The old SIM card is working just fine(except it is outdated). I have asked them to re-activate my old one and they say they cannot because the number is no longer available. UGHHH so frustrated right now. Do I need to order a new SIM card? Or what?
