6275i video problems

Hello,

Recently I have been having video playback issues on my 6275i. The phone would record and playback video correctly when I first got it several months ago. Now, I can enable the Video mode, select record and it appears as if it is recording as normal, but when I go to playback the video, it will display an image, but is frozen and there is no sound. I connected the phone to my pc with the usb cable and was able to play the video file on the phone through my pc, so it would seem that the phone did record the video with sound correctly, the phone is just not playing video files for some reason.

The internal phone memory is not full, it currently has 18.1rab of free space.
The phone is still under warranty.

I brought the phone to a corporate owned cricket store, (in Rochester, NY), but they were unable to fix it or provide any info on how I could get it fixed. I contacted Nokia and they said I can ship the phone here:

to get it fixed. Does anyone have any experience with sending their phone to this place? Could a reinstall of the firmware fix the issue? Could this be done locally somewhere?
