new roaming prl's with evdo *228

got 38044 tonight in socal which i'm assuming has roaming added along with evdo. 1012 should be the standard nationwide evdo local only prl.

uploaded new prl's.

im pretty sure 38xxx are roaming prl's because i have a roaming plan and 1012 did not include roaming. i was getting 1012 last week, this week i get 38044

I am in Phoenix non roaming plan...loaded the 1050 prl to my 6700 friday and when my phone connected with cricket prl is now 1012

Vegas just got updated to 39357. Jetset is now in Ev mode!
My wife's messager is at 58357, up from 58347 yesterday. Both are roaming tri-band PRL's not sure what the non-roaming tri-band PRL is.
