No WAP in $45 plan it Dayton it looks like.
i think we should make a map with maybe screen shots of the plans so we can maybe map it out.
anything not on this list is probably on an aggressive plan that may include more feratures.. i'm not sure what the difference is in savannah but a quick look at mycricket.com should tell you.

I checked and i see El Paso market still has the $45 dollar plan with WAP.

texas is definately not standard due to high competition in most of the markets..
