Gothic Story Plot Graph & Blurb Ideas?

Alright, well I have an english assignment, to write the plot graph & blurb for a gothic story. I need ideas. I want it to have something to do with The Banshee.
"The Banshee (pronounced /bæn?i:/, BAN-shee): a female spirit in Irish mythology, usually seen as an evil omen of death and a messenger from the Otherworld. When someone hears her screams and wails, there will soon be a death. She is usually seen beside a body of water, ringing out blood from the clothes of the soon-to-be deceased."

I need ideas, how to incorporate this into my plot graph, and then into blurb form.
