Why is my parking brake and anti lock brake lights on on my 1990 Dodge Ram B250 and how

do I get it off? ? I have this light on and its got me bum fuzzeled. The lights were on and my brakes were a little spungy so I replaced my rotors, pads and calipers on the front and the drums, shoes, spring kit and automatic adjusters on the rear. I only bled the front brakes and the lights were out. I drove it and it had decent brakes but still a little spungy. I then bled the back brakes and the lights came back on and I cant get them to turn off. I drove it and the brakes don't seem spungy at all but the anti lock and parking brake will not go off. Is there a way to check the anti lock motor or something since this is not something that will throw a code and cant be checked with a scanner? Any other solutiions?
