So I'm about 5'5 and 145lbs. I've been working out for 2 years now, and i've gained quite a bit of muscle. However, I'm still a little chubby. I just want a routine or diet tips that will help me get down to 130lbs or 135lbs. I don't drink soda, but I do eat out alot because of school. You can even give me some of your success stories.
