for abbs
crunches, planks, mountain climbers, jack knife
For upper body
standard pushups, diamonnd pushups, wide stance pushups, elev pushups, elevated pushups again, pullups, chinups,
endurance
run 45-60 min
weight lfiting
10-15 lbs more reps
so can u make me an exercise schedlule using all of these exercises doesnt have to be in the order i put it in just has to include all of them
