I'm looking at getting a classic first car, specifically kingswood/premier, falcon/fairmont or valiant/regal (mid '60s-'70s), preferably a wagon

the holdens are obviously the most common and therefore the cheapest to find parts for, but the ford and especially the valiant have better performance, and all three have a good reputation for reliability.

which one should I go with?
i'm in australia by the way, where mustangs are wayy out of my reach (even though there's heaps of them over here)

also australian chryslers could be had with the 265 hemi engine which even in its most basic form was a match for many small block v8's, i'd take a 265 over a 302, 318 or even a holden 308 of the same age
