Drats. You beat me to the curb.
Well, here's my reaction from another forum.
How would this be possible, though? Even Tales of Abyss with 26 episodes had to massively cut a lot of things and still look chopped.
DYRL-style, I'm iffy. The movie was drastically different than the series for the most part, even to the point of skipping past introductions in the beginning.
Yeah, that's true. =/ But, that's one way of working it out without it feeling chopped, I think.
I wonder if that film will get a US theatrical release. After all, Tales of Vesperia did pretty well in the US, too.
Here's hoping. And if it does, seeing as this' also a Bandai title. It'll mostly be handled by Bandai Entertainment.
Oh good, I don't have to buy an X-Box.
As long as they don't cut Zagi.
I hope Funi Dubs this! & it actuaclly gets into US theatres instead of being DTV like pretty much every other anime movie thats not A myizaki fikm!
Yeah. I haven't seen the Abyss anime. But I saw the Tales of Phantasia OAV and it was terrible. 90 minutes simply wasn't enough time to tell such a massive and complicated story.
I haven't played Vesperia (I don't own a 360 ), but I imagine it's story is just as long as all the other games.
But I hope I'm proven wrong and the movie turns out to be great. That way, I won't have to spend hundreRAB of dollars (and 60+ hours of my life) on the video game!
