I have a copy of a woman singing a song by this title ("Don't pay no attention to Kangaroos") Have never been able to find out anything about the song or it's history, do you know?

There was a series of several TV cartoon commercials that included the punchline “Don’t pay no attention to kangaroos”. In each of the ads, a talking kangaroo would say something outrageous about some Purity Dairies product, and the Purity cow then confidentially said, “Don’t pay no attention to kangaroos” (because kangaroos don't know Anything about dairy products).
Mr. Ezell, former owner of Purity Dairies, and now retired, confirmed that the “Don’t pay no attention to kangaroos” ads were definitely a Purity Dairies campaign, begun in 1958 and ran for several years. The ads were advertising Purity Dairies in Nashville, TN, and aired over much of TN, KT, and AL. He said there was no song in the ads, but maybe someone might have written a song around it.
The phrase became popular locally as a sly way to say somebody was putting out a line of bull. Fifty years later, I
still say it once or twice a month.
