i get my upgrade soon and currently have a samsung tocco lite...

just wondering how good a phone the vivaz is
for instance:
browser
themes
scrolling
tochscreen

everything compared to my current phone

i already know how good the camera is so dont need any + info about that

i want a good text and browser package for around £15-£20 a month
if there are any other good phones in that range please tell
