No she won't become your girlfriend by just going out with you. That will have to be decided by more verbal action. Testing the waters of relationships is best dealt with by being just friends. No pressure. Wrong decisions are made by young people under pressure. Enjoy your youth. Yes and no. A first date doesn't make you bf and gf already. After one date people might not like eachother that way. If you kiss then usually you're officially bf and gf. Don't be pushy though. And not on the first date either.
