    Sony mdr xb500 headphones burn-in?

I got these headphones a little less than a week ago, and have only listened to them for a few hours. They sound fine, but I was wondering if I should burn them in and, if so, how I would go about doing this. Is this a necessary process? Does it really make a difference? Thanks.

They'll probably take you anywhere from 20 to 50 hours to burn in.. Just play as many different types of songs as you can in (even white noise helps) and eventually over time they will work to they're full capabilities.
Great buy by the way, i love my Xb500s
