The PT seems to think my lower back pain is from the tilted pelvis. She corrected the pelvis and gave me new exercises to perform.

Anyone currently trying to correct their twisted pelvis through physiotherapy? I'm pretty sure SIJD (sacroiliac joint dysfunction) is what causes the tilted pelvis.

I hope the next time I go back to see my PT, the pelvis is still straight... I'm also hoping I can strengthen my ligs around the joints to pervent future slips and in turn lose the lower back pain. This is what happens I guess when I don't keep my core strong...

Anyone currently going through something similair?
